Technicians

Lynda graduated from the Veterinary Technology Program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston. Upon graduation she wrote her exam to become a Registered Veterinary Technician and has been a member, in good standing, of the O.A.V.T. (Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians) ever since. She enjoys answering the questions of our clients and taking care of their pets when they are in the clinic. Some of her duties include: preparing the patients for surgery and monitoring them throughout the procedure, taking x-rays, performing in house blood work, and keeping the clinic running. Whenever possible she likes to take a little time to give each patient that is in the clinic a cuddle. She keeps up with current trends in the veterinary field through continuing education courses and lectures. She has furthered her education with courses in Veterinary Dentistry, Animal Behaviour and Veterinary Nutrition. In her off time she spends time with her fiancé Andrew.
