Dr. Messiha graduated in 1994 and completed the VSTEP program in Guelph, Ontario. After this he started his carrier in Lethbridge, Alberta. Later Dr. Messiha returned back to practice in Ontario at the Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Toronto. In 2009 he joined the Wycliffe Village Veterinary Clinic as a partner. He enjoys educating clients on how to prevent illness rather than treating pets when they become ill. Dr. Messiha’s special interests include Internal Medicine, Critical Care and Emergency Medicine. His family includes his wife Nermine, daughter Mariam and son Michael.
Dr. Ayman Mankarious graduated and practiced veterinary medicine in Egypt. When Ayman came to Canada he joined the University of Guelph as a VSTEP (Veterinary Skills and Training Enhancement program) participant. He graduated first among 22 foreign trained vets from around the world in small animal medicine and has also finished his ultra sound course at the University of Guelph. Dr. Mankarious’ areas of special interest include soft tissue, laser surgery, dentistry, internal and critical care medicine. He received his critical care experience working at bot the Ottawa Veterinary Hospital and the North Town Veterinary Hospital. He greatly enjoys taking time, when possible, to know each and every one of his patients and clients on a friendly basis. Ayman’s wife, Mary is a teacher and they have a son Cyril and a daughter Silieve, both whom aspire to become veterinarians. In his free time, Ayman enjoys travelling and spending time with his family. Dr. Mankarious looks forward to meeting your pet and helping you keep your furry members of your family healthy.
